Strategic Planner sets the long-term network structure — territories, cycles, and fleet sizing across one or more depots. Route Planner takes that plan and builds the executable daily routes, assigning stops to drivers while respecting capacity and time windows. You plan the network in Strategic Planner; you run the day in Route Planner.
